Connect Facebook & Instagram to your CRM.
This is what makes leads and messages actually land in your CRM. Once it's connected, every Facebook and Instagram lead form drops straight into your pipeline the second it's submitted, and every Messenger and Instagram DM shows up in the same inbox as your emails and WhatsApp. Three clicks on your side. Reversible anytime.
Isn't this the same as the Meta access I gave in Step 2?
No, it's a different connection and you need both. Step 2 was partner access on your Business Manager so we can run and optimise your ads. This step is a direct connection between your Facebook Page, your Instagram, and your CRM so your leads and messages flow in automatically. Two different jobs, two different switches.
What you do
- Log into your CRM and go to Settings → Integrations
- Find the Facebook card and click Connect. A Facebook login window pops up.
- Log in with the Facebook account that manages your business Page. On the permissions screen, leave every toggle ON — don't untick any, or lead capture and messaging break. Click through to finish.
- Back in the CRM, select your business Page from the list.
- For Instagram: make sure your Instagram is a Professional (Business or Creator) account linked to that Facebook Page, then click Connect on the Instagram card and approve.
- Reply to the onboarding email with "Done" so we can confirm the connection on our side.
What happens next
We verify the connection from inside your CRM, map your Facebook and Instagram lead forms to your pipeline, and route Messenger + Instagram DMs into your unified inbox. From this point on, a lead who fills your form on Facebook or Instagram appears in your New Lead column instantly, and the follow-up sequence starts on its own.
Common questions on this step
I already gave you Meta access in Step 2. Why do I need this too?
Different connection, different purpose. Step 2 (partner access on your Business Manager) lets us spend and optimise your ad budget. This step (the Integrations connect) is what lets your CRM receive your Facebook and Instagram leads in real time and route your Messenger and Instagram DMs into one inbox. Without this connect, your ads can run but the leads won't auto-land in the pipeline.
My Instagram won't connect.
Instagram only connects when it's a Professional account (Business or Creator) linked to the Facebook Page you just connected. Two-minute fix: open the Instagram app → Settings → Account type and tools → Switch to professional account, then link it to your Facebook Page. Come back to Settings → Integrations in the CRM and click Connect on Instagram again. If it still won't catch, reply on the onboarding email with a screenshot and we'll trigger it from our side.
Which permissions should I allow? There are a lot of toggles.
All of them. Each toggle maps to something the system needs — reading lead forms, receiving messages, managing the Page connection. Unticking even one usually breaks lead capture silently. It's all reversible: you can disconnect in two clicks anytime from Settings → Integrations, and we never see your Facebook password.
I manage more than one Facebook Page. Which one do I connect?
Connect the Page we're running your ads for. If you're not sure which that is, or you genuinely need more than one connected, reply on the onboarding email and we'll tell you exactly which Page to pick.
Can I disconnect later?
Yes, instantly. Settings → Integrations → Facebook → Disconnect. Your Page, your Instagram, and all your existing leads stay yours. Disconnecting just stops new leads and messages from flowing into the CRM.
