What you do
- Open business.facebook.com/settings/partners
- Click Add → Give a Partner access to your assets
- Paste our Business ID:
570563043895208 - Grant these permissions: Ads accounts (Manage), Pages (Create content + Moderate), Pixel (Manage), Catalogue (Manage) if you sell e-commerce
- Click Save changes
- Reply to the onboarding email with "Done" so we know to accept on our side
What happens next
We see the partner-access request appear inside our Business Manager within minutes. We accept it, link your ad account to your CRM pipeline, and your campaign goes into the launch queue.
Common questions on this step
Why partner access instead of just sharing my login?
Two reasons. First, password sharing breaks Meta's terms and risks getting your account flagged. Second, partner access is reversible with one click on your side, anytime. We never see your password, can't lock you out, and you keep full ownership.
I'm getting a permissions error when I try to add a partner.
You need to be set as Admin on your own Business Suite before you can grant partner access. Most founders are Admin by default, but if you set up your business years ago with a different team member, check Business Settings → People → your name → Permissions. If you're not Admin, you'll need someone who is to make you one (or to grant us access themselves).
I don't have a Meta Business Suite yet.
No problem. Reply to the onboarding email and we'll send you a two-minute walkthrough to create one. It's free and takes about ten minutes including verification. Adds about a day to the onboarding timeline.
What if my Page and Ad account are owned by different Business Suites?
This happens when an agency previously ran your ads on a different BM. We need partner access to whichever BM owns the Ad account. If the Page is in a different BM, we either move it to yours (recommended, takes 24h) or get partner access to both. Tell us in your reply which BMs are involved and we'll guide you.
Can I revoke your access later?
Yes, instantly. Business Settings → Partners → The Growth Bully → Remove. We stop having any access the moment you click remove. Your ads, pixel data, and ad account stay yours.
