What we need back from you
- Your mobile number — the one you want lead alerts to come to (E.164 format, e.g.
+356 79xxxxxxx) - Your best email for alerts — the inbox you actually check, not a catch-all
Just hit reply on the onboarding email with those two things. Kurt or Kim will plug them in on our side, and Step 2 will fire automatically.

Common questions on this step
Do I have to use a separate email for the CRM, or can it be my main work email?
Your main work email is fine. The "alert email" is just where lead notifications get sent. Most founders use their primary work inbox. If you want a quieter alternative, set up a Gmail filter to label CRM alerts so they don't bury your normal inbox.
Can I have alerts go to more than one person on my team?
Yes. Reply with all the emails and mobile numbers you want alerts to land on. We'll set up the rules so leads notify the right person (or everyone) depending on source or qualifier answers.
What does the CRM cost me on top of the retainer?
Nothing extra. The CRM, the lead pipeline, the email automation, the dashboard, all included in your DMP retainer. The only optional add-on is WhatsApp Business setup (covered at Step 3).
Where is my data stored?
HighLevel, on AWS infrastructure in the EU region. SOC 2 Type II certified, GDPR compliant. You own all the data, can export anytime, and we never share it outside your business.
